About me
I am a self-taught artist from the Uk. From an early age the passion for nature and wildlife became evident and ever since has been the bases of my work. From drawing at an early age, I was influenced by my family who are based in Stoke on Trent, known for designing potteries, growing up around a strong influence has helped me have a strong connection with drawing.
After completing my A’Levels, I chose to study a foundation year at “Wirral Met College”. This is where I discovered illustration.
My style forms around the idea of realism. The illustrations are created using a wide range of materials these consist of marker pens, pencils, ink, acrylic and oils. Many show a clear understanding to the attention to detail.
“It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living”.
- David Attenborough
I have a degree in illustration and I'm currently studying a Mdes in Graphic Design. I also run my own business over on Etsy which can be found here
